GMD is committed to presenting exhibitions and programs for all ages and abilities. Exhibitions at both McNeal and Rapson Halls are free and open to the public. Most programs are free. Amenities and services are summarized for GMD’s two locations:

PARKING AND ENTRANCES |
McNeal Hall: Metered handicapped parking is available in front of the Lower Buford Circle entrance. Handicapped parking is also available on Upper Buford Circle at the north end of the building. An automatic door is located just around the corner from the metered handicapped parking at the back of the building. Visitor drop-off/pick-up is available at the accessible Buford Avenue entrance and the first entrance on the Lower Burford Circle. (see picture right) Rapson Hall: Handicapped parking is available in the fee-at-exit Church Street Ramp directly across from Rapson Hall at 80 Church Street SE. Accessible drop-off/pick-up is available at the main entrance to Rapson on Church Street. |

WHEELCHAIRS |
McNeal Hall: A manual wheelchair is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be reserved in advance by calling 612.624.7434. Visitor-owned wheelchairs, both motorized and manual, can be accommodated in the gallery, research center, and lecture hall (33 McNeal). Wheelchair and companion seating are available in the lecture hall for programs. McNeal Hall: Fully-accessible restrooms are indicated by signs and are located on all levels. A private restroom large enough for a companion is located on the basement level. Rapson Hall: Fully-accessible restrooms are indicated by signs and are located on all levels. A private restroom is not available. |
